1. Overview
To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, you must have a copy of the original invoice or receipt from the order. Our refund and returns policy lasts for 45 days from the date the package arrives at the intended location. You must begin the return process within 45 days. If 45 days has passed since your purchase, we can no longer offer you a full refund or exchange. Products will need to be returned before your order can be processed. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges necessary to return the item(s).

2. Exchanges
GO2 Beauty Products offers replacement parts in the case of any manufacturer defects. Our return policy does not cover equipment which has been improperly installed, broken, or damages due to improper use.

3. Refunds
If you aren't completely satisfied with your product, and wish for a full refund, please contact us using the form below.

4. Returns
To begin the return process, fill out the form below. We will need the original receipt, and the physical product in order to process your return. All returns must be in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for return.

5. Gfits
If the GO2 product was given as a gift, it can be returned within 45 days of arrival at its destination. Gfit returns must be initiated by the original purchaser and must have the original receipt of invoice.

If your product was free, then no returns or exchanges are allowed for that product.
